On one of our latest magazine assignments we had the privilege of meeting Albert Moniz, one of the last true Hawaiian saddle makers in Hawaii. His work is not only detailed and unique but he is really fun to be around and likes to teach you how to lasso. He has a shop in Waimea and does amazing work.
